Grappa CLEOPATRA AMARONE ORO: Grappa refined in wooden barrels Grape Marc Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara for Amarone della Valpollicella Aroma: Dry fruit, spices (vanilla and cocoa), lightly toasted fresh wood Taste: Smooth, sincere, intense but elegant Distillation: The grape marc is distilled with Crysopea, the innovative bain-marie (double boiler) vacuum still working at discontinuous cycle (artisan method). The distillate thus obtained is about 75% alc./vol. and is therefore brought to consumption degree by adding distilled water; then it is refrigerated at a temperature of -6°C, filtered and finally bottled.
