Our Review… Bitza by Andrew Daddo is a beautiful touching story for young readers; it is an accessible story for new readers but is also a heartwarming story to share with an adult curled up reading together. Written from the perspective of Bitza, a mutt affectionally known at Bitza with his breeding a little bit of lab, poodle, kelpy, staffy and even a hound! This cheeky dog wanders into the life of a young girl Jasper, who has always dreamed of being a pet owner and together the two become firm friends.
