Through the Fairy Door… No One Is Too Small to Make a Difference by Gabby Dawnay and Lars van de Goor – Our Review

Our Review… Who doesn’t delight in finding a hidden gateway to an enchanted forest? This glorious picture storybook delightfully paints an optimistic message of ecological awareness through leading our heroine Willow from her bustling village where everyone is too busy to notice the trees and flowers around them. Travelling through a fairy door to a magical forest she learns through her fairy friends and the animals of the wood how to live in harmony with nature and to gently rewild her own world. The vibrant beautiful photographs overlaid with the dreamy artwork is a visual delight, as is the multiracial diversity of the fairies. Great for ages 4-9 years. Review by Nicole @ Great Escape Books
