The biggest advantage of offline embossing is the flexibility of design, allowing different pattern texture styles to be applied without changing the main production line. In-line embossing integrates the embossing process directly into the production line. Embossing is done at the same time as extruding the floor, ensuring that the texture is exactly the same as the underlying design. In summary, offline embossing improves design flexibility but can be less efficient, whereas online embossing provides consistency and simplifies production, plus online embossed WPC flooring is dense and strong, with a 3D wood grain surface, clear texture, strong three-dimensionality, durability, better compression resistance and anti-slip, and better texture retention over time than offline embossing!
